13、红薯莲子粥:粳米150克,红薯100克,莲子50克,花生50克,大枣20颗。将红薯去皮切成菱形块,粳米莲子大枣花生洗干净,一起放入锅内,文火熬煮30分钟煮成粥状。此粥味香醇,能降低胆固醇,并有健宜寿之功效。
另外,用一汤匙乳酪、一茶匙暖蜜糖及一茶匙柠檬汁在脸及颈部轻擦,有去死皮作用,时间维持约十至十五分钟,然后用温水洗净。
